Gifting Experience - Service Design - Packaging
The team created and prototyped a brand-new gift card gifting experience for InComm, which provides gift card services to business and retailers around the globe.
My role was to mediate during team meetings, present preliminary concepts to client, organize primary and secondary research, design the appearance of the kiosk in Autodesk Fusion 360, streamline the touch-points of experience in Adobe XD, and build physical prototypes with foam-core boards and acrylic panels.
